Primary Responsibilities

Lead Generation
  • Actively participate in marketing and sales activities and drive referrals to generate leads and achieve performance target
  • Identification of HNIs, luxury life style customers, celebrities in the given territory
  • Developing strong network through referrals with high end vehicle users
  • Tracking the sports activities, celebrity events and identifying the opportunity to generate leads
Vehicle Sales
  • Understand customers lifestyle, specific interest and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Make sure that the customers receive a premium service and handled professionally as per the Audi India standards
  • Ensure more meetings with customer for better product discussion and convert them to buy the high end Audi products
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technicalspecifications and unique features of Audi products
  • Prepare product presentation highlighting the key Audi features and benefits as compared to competitors
  • Perform vehicle demonstration and test drives asper customer convenience and create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy an Audi
  • Build a strong customer trust by offering right product from Audi portfolio meeting all the customer needs
  • Explanation and confirmation of sales contract, record details, payments properly and make sure that the customer has a Audi brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to final vehicle delivery
  • Ensure achievement of monthly performance sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix
  • Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value added services sales
Additional Business Generation
  • Proactively checking with the HNIs customer for incremental business opportunities for the dealership by evaluating for referrals,generating interest in high end Audi products
Process Adherence
  • Plan and manage all system level reporting and documentation requirement as per automotive regulations
  • Ensure adherence to the scheduled meetings
  • Ensure Lead Management module owner ship of SFDC
  • Ensure adherence to process and achievement of CSS and LRS scores
  • Update and maintain the IPAD with latest information on Products, Pricing and Customer Schemes
Customer Satisfaction
  • Own the customer satisfaction scores for the sales process through CSS
  • Ensure presence and owner ship of the customer vehicle sales and delivery process
  • Conduct personal visits if required to drive high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate effectively with relevant teams and stake holders to ensure smooth execution of required processes such as Test Drives, Billing and payments, Loan approvals, RTO registrations, trade-in evaluations, and final vehicle handover
Relationship management with existing customers
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints after vehicle delivery
  • Manage relationship with theexisting customers post sales cycle to drive additional leads from referrals
  • Continuous maintenance of customer relationship by regular contacts to customers, invitation of customers to events, offer of assistance
