Rashy Todd is the Managing Director of Zenica. He started the group in 2006 & became a Harvard Alumni from OPM 48 in 2016. He was the youngest Dealer Principal at Volvo UK, and went on to be Managing Director for various dealerships of Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Kia and Citroen over the past 30 years.

He has won Volvo's Annual Sales Campaign every year from 1983 to 2004. After achieving the zenith of the automobile industry in England, Mr. Rashy Todd set his eyes on the Indian market and became the first official dealers of Audi in 2008 and Porsche in 2014.

He inspired and challenged the people around him by partnering with Apple inc. along the way to start yet another amazing venture. He believes in leading from the front and personally trains and develops the key people within the business himself.

Director Sales & Marketing - Zenica

Mikey Todd is the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Group. He participated in OPM 52 to become a Harvard Alumni. He started his career at the age of 15 where he started the journey of gaining valuable knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the automobiles business.

He completed his education at Loughborough University in England. He was the top Sales Manager for Hyundai in England during 2002 & 2003. Then in 2008 he took the challenge of changing luxury car retailing in India.

In January 2008 he opened and helped build the largest and most prestigious luxury car showrooms in India Audi Gurgaon. After growing the team from 62 people to 600 plus today opening 18 more showrooms with 3 iconic world renowned brands.

Vaibhav Sharma has a vast experience in financial reporting, accounting and fund raising having dealt with life cycle of merger / acquisition and process risk management.

He is well versed in financial reporting under IFRS/US GAAP and India GAAP along with SEC Filings.

Sachin Burman is the Director of Sales and has been associated with the company since 2008. Sachin furnishes an impeccable track record, having always been part of a winning team in a number of coveted companies such as Maruti, Hyundai and Honda.

All the dealerships that he has worked for have held the number one position in Sales Volume. Sachin joined Zenica as a Corporate Sales Manager to continue the trend of starting as a Sales Executive and working up the professional ladder to become part of Senior Management.

Sachin wants to see Zenica sustaining the number one position in the coming future.

Varun Seth

Varun Seth has been the Director of Customer Service (Oncore) since 2016. After studying at the Gemological Institute of America and then receiving his Majors in Business Economics, Varun garnered 15 years of experience in various areas of Business such as Sales Strategies, Team Leadership/Development and Customer Retention amongst many others.

The companies that he has worked with include Mont Blanc, Omega, Longines and Cartier. Varun has made major contributions to his companies in a variety of ways including successfully implementing brand strategies for the Indian Market and developing and delivering profitable and sustainable business platform for international brands in the market.

He wants the company to be recognized as the most preferred destination for quality products and world class services in the automobile industry.

Joseph Walter Diaz

Director Aftersales – Audi

Joseph Walter Diaz has been working in the automobile industry for over 17 years and is the Director of After-sales. Having acquired a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, he started working at Ashok Leyland as a Trainee Engineer.

He went on to get a Master's in Management and joined the Toyota Motor Corporation Thailand as a Quality Engineer. He rose through the ranks to become the Dealer Operation Head at Toyota Motors GCC and subsequently assumed the mantle of Vice President at Galaxy Toyota.

He commissioned 8 new dealerships across Indonesia and Malaysia; steered the 2 dealerships in Oman and the 3 Toyota dealerships he single-handedly opened towards a profit visioned operation along with customer satisfaction.

He is an ISO 14001 certified Auditor, an expert in dealership design and a professional Process Trainer and has worked as a Toyota F1 Pit Stop Technician. His vision for Zenica is to make it a market leader which holds the top position when it comes to Client Management, Service Quality and Profit Generation.

Nitin Maheshwari

General Manager Sales – Audi

Nitin Maheshwari is the General manager of Sales and has been associated with Zenica for the last 7 years with a total of 16 years of experience in the Automobile Industry. He started as a Sales Manager but gradually climbed the ranks from Senior Manager, to AGM Sales and now GM Sales.

He has a motley of achievements under his belt including the Award for Best Sales Person for selling Max Ford Fusion across the country, Awards from Prime Honda on a Monthly basis and he has also participated in National Sales Contest.

In 2012 Nitin won the award for Best Sales Person for selling Maximum AUDI's across the country for the year. He envisions ADC clinching 25% of the Audi NCR Market share with perfect LRS, PSF and CSS scores.

Sajal Goel is the General Manager at Porsche Gurgaon. He joined Porsche with previous sales experience at Unitech and Shreyan’s Motor. Since his joining in 2012, he has become a Porsche Global Certified Sales Consultant; having sold the most Porsches in the country.

He is the recipient of 3 Porsche Sales Excellence Of the Year awards and has risen from an individual at the company to an influential team leader, managing a strong and skilled team. He belives in ensuring that Zenica is the highest sales contributor all across country.

He aims to utilise this leadership experience to build a team which strives to accomplish the synergistic success of Zenica as a whole, along with the individual that make it.

Cyprin Mathew is the Head of After-Sales and has been associated with the company since 2012. After a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Cyprin found himself climbing the ladder of success beginning with Technician all the way up to GM.

He boasts of 35 years of experience, a part of it being many training session with coveted Automobile companies including Hindustan Motors, Bentley, Porsche, among many others; he has also overseen the operation of many workshops, turning them from loss to profit-making making companies.

Cyprin wants to see the company becoming number one in India in terms of Sales, Service, Profit and Customer Satisfaction.

Kumar Nishant is the Business Head of iZenica and has been associated with the brand since late 2015. After his Bachelors in Information Technology, Kumar was associated with HCL Technologies as a Lead for Network and Logistics, followed by a stint as Senior Manager of Sales for Citibank N.A.

Then after an Executive MBA in Marketing and Finance, Kumar took up the mantle of Regional Sales Head at Videocon Industries Ltd.

Kumar boasts of a wide spectrum of achievements ranging from setting up robust review mechanisms for SalesForce for 7 brands to expanding business footprints in T2 and T3 segments of UP in a short span. Kumar harbors a grand vision for the business, envisioning it as the best premium partner for Apple by 2019.

Donny Todd is the Director of Sales, Operations and Aftersales for iZenica. Before becoming the true company stalwart he is today he had worked in Asgard Volvo, Easy Lease Car Rentals and Xynca Limited after pursuing his education from the University of Nottingham.

Under the leadership of Donny, iZenica became the quickest Apple Premium Reseller in terms of expansion - 16 locations in 2.5 years. Donny nurtures a holistic and ambitious view for the future of the Zenica Group; he wants it to become an industry leader in Luxury retail with maximum customer satisfaction and retention.

For the team, he expects it be a highly motivated workforce that is regarded as the best in the industry and which is aligned to the company's strategy and vision.
